LoadingMediaLA Terms of Use
Welcome to LoadingMediaLA, the leading real estate media company! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LoadingMediaLA website, platform, and services (collectively referred to as "LoadingMediaLA"). By accessing or using LoadingMediaLA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1.) Licensing and ownership of media
a.) Our clients are purchasing a license to use the photos/videos we capture for the specific property being captured.
b.) LoadingMediaLA retains all copyrights and usage rights to all media produced, including but not limited to photographs and video footage.
2.) Cancelling and rescheduling
a.) Any cancelling and rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours notice.
b.) Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in an additional fee.
3.) Property listings & media content
a.) LoadingMediaLA facilitates the showcasing of real estate properties through media content. Property listings and media content must comply with applicable laws, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.
4.) Usage Restriction
a.) Clients are not permitted to use any media produced by LoadingMediaLA for any purpose other than the sale of the specific property being photographed except as provided in section 3b and 3c.
b.) Clients may use media for marketing on social media and/or their website for the sale of the specific property being photographed.
c.) Usage rights for Airbnb properties must be purchased for an additional fee.
5.) Liability
a.) LoadingMediaLA is not responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use of our media, including but not limitedto any damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the media.
b.) LoadingMediaLA is not liable for any injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from our services
6.) Payment
a.) Payment is due upon delivery of media.
b.) Failure to pay in full may result in the account being sent to collections.
